Rheinmetall MAN Military Vehicles

Rheinmetall MAN Military Vehicles (RMMV) is one of the world’s leading OEMs for logistic and tactical truck systems. Together with its predecessor companies, the Munich-based joint venture is looking back on a successful history of more than 100 years of engineering and production of military, militarised and commercial trucks. The HX family of tactical trucks is RMMV´s combat-proven flagship; over 15,000 4x4 to 10x10 vehicles in various configurations currently serve 20 nations worldwide, including Commonwealth nations (United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand) as well as numerous other NATO armies. High-quality standards, unique truck know-how, and industry-leading innovation build the foundation for a strong global market presence.

Navistar Defence Canada

Navistar Defence Canada is a division of U.S.-based Navistar Defense, LLC, a leading tactical and logistical wheeled vehicle original equipment manufacturer serving military, law enforcement, and government agencies worldwide. Committed to maximizing operational readiness, minimizing logistical footprint, and providing the best value proposition to its customers, this world-class OEM provides a complete portfolio of both tactical and commercial-off-the-shelf military vehicles, delivering more than 43,000 vehicles to NATO and allied countries globally since 2003, including nearly 9,000 armoured tactical MaxxPro® Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles. The company leverages its depth of knowledge and global footprint to deliver innovative life cycle support solutions to its customers so that they successfully complete their missions and return home safely.

Proven solutions

In collaboration with its partners, Team 45⁰N will offer a comprehensive LVM solution that provides the capabilities needed to fulfil the Canadian Army’s logistics mission profile, specifically designed to meet military requirements – durability, protection, payload capacity, mobility, and an all-terrain capability.

Rheinmetall MAN Military Vehicles’s HX series of tactical trucks already has a successful track record globally and has a well-established group of user nations, including Canada’s close allies (Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom) as well as other NATO countries (Germany, Austria, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark). These reliable military vehicles excel in all climates, are highly off-road capable, and – most importantly – offer an unparalleled level of protection to the soldiers. The combat-proven ready-to-use design can also be upgraded and modified according to specific customer needs. A true military-off-the-shelf solution, the HX family of vehicles combines professional logistics with force mobility support and tactical special role applications, rendering it a reliable enabler for joint operations in a new and complex defence environment.

Navistar Defence Canada provides unrivalled domestic and expeditionary logistic vehicle solutions. Its vehicles are among the most versatile in the world. The flexible platform is easily tailored to meet specific mission requirements and includes vehicle variants such as water tankers; petroleum, oil and lubricant trucks; general troop transporters; wreckers; dump trucks; heavy equipment transport trucks; and more. They have been used in recent natural disaster relief missions in Canada and have also been a key logistics force-multiplier on the front lines in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Canada first

Dedicated to supporting the Canadian Armed Forces while leveraging the Canadian industry

While Team 45⁰N logistic vehicles will help protect Canada from coast to coast, its dedication to the Canadian economy will also support economic growth nationwide.
